TOO MANY SONGS, NOT ENOUGH HITS. WHAT`S THE PROBLEM? 🤔
I think many of us feel the struggle at the moment and the question is what is the real problem and the most important what could be the solution?
Could Tiktok's algorithms cause maybe the problem that new artists can no longer be built up properly. Today 'IN' and after a few weeks already 'OUT' because other gets highlighted across Social Media algorithms again?!
Could the problem be that when choosing new artists, A&R´s looking too much at statistics and data instead of listening to their inner feeling and experience?
Is it even still allowed for A&R´s to listen to their gut feeling when record companies put the pressure on quick successes and numbers extremely high?
What could we artists, music producers, songwriters, singers, DJs change with the extremely large music selection these days?
Or maybe it's even better that you no longer just focus on a few stars and everyone has the opportunity now to shine in some way?
